I knew this the best attorney to work with after my first call with him. They scheduled my hearing and setup a new assessment for me right away. We met at his office a couple weeks prior to my hearing to review my assessment, documentation and testimony. On the day of the hearing, the officer was pushy and told us in the first two minutes that I would likely need a permit before being approved for reinstatement. John immediately defended me and all the work I had done to meet the requirements. After the hearing I was told we would get a decision within 6-8 weeks. 28 days later I received an email granting full reinstatement and the following day (today) I left the DMV with a license.
